Are there penalties if I cancel a reservation?

Cancellation penalties are usually at the discretion of the supplier hosting the FAM and will be shared during registration.

    Hi I have someone already paid a booking/reservation, they purchase Travel Protection Plan  through the supplier also. How do I go about cancelling their reservations/booking in CRM? just delete it?
